"Enjoyed it" according to edub. I enjoyed the book I just started meditation about a month and a half ago and this provided added insight for me Good read . It's like listening to a friend describe his journey for peace and thinking to yourself " yeah I get it." Great writer. Liked the trip thru his exploration of "taming the voice in my head". I guess we all look to "package deals and off the shelf" answers but a basic mindful "time out" on a daily basis to clear our heads and deflate the emotions,anxiety and frustrations is all I need. His personal journey is very interesting and his impressions of some of the famous figures he has interviewed is illuminating.. 90% more to go Jack Reader I do not watch TV often. But when I do, it is not network TV. I could not care less if the anchor is Muir, Weir or Whoeveir. I understand however the pressure and competitive environment and the special skills what it takes to survive year after year at any major networks.
