A Must Read! Marilyn G. This biography is a wonderful tribute to the very brave and courageous Diana Rowden, World War II secret agent for the SOE (Special Operations Executive). The author has obviously spent many years of meticulous research to record all the details of Diana’s life and the events during her time in England and France. It is at times harrowing to read of the agony and trauma many SOE agents suffered and particularly Diana in the horrific final hours of her life.
