"A Must For All Music Fans" according to Richard A. Root. This is one of the most moving autobiographies that I have ever read. Brian Wilson, who is one of music's geniuses has finally written HIS story. I've read several books on him before this. Brian verifies many of the stories that I have read or heard, but clarifies others. And he does it with a kind and loving heart. His story is given in an honest light. Was he perfect? No. Did he make mistakes? Of course. But, he is quick to praise others who have heaped abuse on him throughout his life. The th. Lynn Hanson said Loving and Merciful. I was amazed by many things in the book, but right off the bat I was amazed by the honest, frank description of his typical morning. No sugar coating of the quirky routine.
