The Authors and Publisher SLAYED IT! Packaging Well I have mixed feelings about this . It looks and feels lovely .The cover is hard back with some embossed details .But are some things like replicas of Jim Henson's notes and letters, that are glued and tucked in kinda scrapbook like. So this isn't something to be handled by small kids. I'm actually considering getting some plastic to cover the book. Maybe even a comic book storage bag for the extras. The cover design matches very well with the 30th Anniversary editions of the DVD and Blu Ray disks as well as the soundtrack cd.The contents are so richly detailed and easy to understand . I can tell a lot of love . "I'm in love!!" according to TLZFavre. Speechless!! This book far exceeds any expectations. I absolutely love it. Of course, I just received it so it will take time to read and look through all of the treasure filled pages. Probably the best visuals I've seen in a book to date. Can't wait to read it.. "Labyrinth - Ultimate Visual History - Love it - highly recommended for the Hensen and/or Bowie Fans" according to Chris Colt. Great and very complete and colorful book. Large and high quality for coffee table display - my daughter LOVES it. Has a lot of the original hand drawn artwork used to create the characters - perfect for the artist in the family to learn how to draw the Jim Henson characters. Also fantastic actor background as well as history and background of the Henson family and all of the wonderful puppets he created throughout his career.Great book at a very decent priceChris
