I first read this book at the recommendation of a female police chief at a training I attended. I wanted to be more like her (not Chief, but confident) and she had mentioned the book. This is the third time I've read it and each time I pick up something new.This book is always part of the giveaway bag I put together on behalf of my organization for the various Women in Law Enforcement conferences I attend.
