"It really does what they say!" according to Susan Jane. I took collage level art classes over 20 years ago and am a bit um rusty since I mostly do collage. But I was itching to get out of the trial and error phase with my colored pencil and markers. After reading reviews here and elsewhere I decided to take the risk. Since everyone's levels differ and everyone learns differently I was worried. Fortunately I am more than happy with this book.The samples are so clear, no photos with someone's hands that are too far away. These show detail as well. GREAT BOOK FOR LEARNING HOW TO COLOR BETTER! This is a great book if you want to learn how to take your coloring to the next step. My finished products were just okay, but now, after reading this book and applying the many easy tips and instructions, my coloring has improved greatly. I am sure that my coloring art will be worth framing in the future if I keep it up! Very informative and covers every subject there is on coloring. Easy to understand and to follow directions.
