A Conspiracy Delight BugSquasher Conspiracy, changes of direction, hoax, real, hoax, real again?I am a great fan of Syfy. Use to many space battles, alien species and a lots of contact. This book’s focus was on that aspect of getting the truth out there that we are “not alone”. Focus was on the political, media maneuvering, reaction to the possibility that other life exists out there. How the world as a whole would change. No spac. A long journey into sci-fi, conspiracy, and growing up that makes for a read well worth your money and time I, for one, love long books, as I read at such a fast pace that I can easily digest in a single day a book that I spent $10 on. It's not that a good story is ever a -waste- of money, it's just nice when you find a novel with enough substance at a lower price that you can spend more than an afternoon reading it! Hence I, unlike some other reviewers, was delighted at this novel's length. If you don't like longer stori. "A different take" according to A. Toro. on the alien/scify genre. As someone who reads alot of science fiction novels, this was refreshingly different than your typical "alien invasion" or "space opera" story. Plus the book wasn't too short (well over 500 pages). I'm glad I stumbled upon this author and I'm looking forward to reading more o his books!
