Playoutside Working in a bureaucratic state agency and often in the role of liaison to non-profits, one of which coordinates a large network, I have seen the two extremes of organizational operations discussed early in One Mission. The concepts outlined and tools used to create a "team of teams" hybrid model would benefit both worlds I operate in dramatically- bringing speed and adaptability to the former and structure to the lat. His writing style is professional and engaging.
