Amazing Resource! Wow! This was exhausting to read and it had to be exhausting to write. This is the most comprehensive reference book I’ve ever seen relating to a rock band, or any musician for that matter. It’s amazing how much information is contained in this book. As the blurb on Goodreads says, “Georg Purvis’s meticulous, session-by-session, song-by-song, album-by-album, tour-by-tour record of the band’s progress is the complete ref. Matt Platis said It Definitely is Complete. I have been looking forward to this book ever since I learned of it almost a year ago and it was definitely worth the wait.It is loaded with a ton of information and I was impressed on how thorough it was. I especially enjoyed reading the section on both the albums and songs. Now I do consider myself to be a major Queen fan but there was still quite a lot of new information to digest, mostly a collection of small facts that I did not know. I am also. "QUEEN" according to Amazon Customer Mark. Too much information about individual songs on each album and who played what instrument, blaa, blaa, blaa. When the story is actually told, the book flows much better. Some might be interested in each song in depth, personally, those facts could be for another book or, left for the end not after every chapter.
