"Best Single Source for Classic Folk Songs" according to Al. This is the best single source for most classic folk songs. Other reviewers have complained about the system used to show guitar chords, and I agree that it can be a little confusing. However, the more-traditional method of displaying chords in a line above each line of lyrics would have taken up far more room. The result would be a book too thick to be usable, or a book with far fewer songs. If you know the tune, it only takes a little bit of tr. I did not realize this book has no notation. I was very happy to be able to buy it here. My only complaint is it took much longer (weeks) than most Amazon items do to get to me. I also have the sequel book called Rise Again and I like that too. The spiral binding makes it very easy to read at a piano or keyboard and the relatively small size makes it convenie
