Great book about IT Management. Kevin R. This book has been on my radar for a few years to read. It just happened that a class I had, had the book as required reading. I'm done reading a few weeks early, which shows how interesting this book is.The Style of this book really reminds me of The Goal. I found The Goal more engaging, which is why I have this book at 4 stars(it really should be 4.5).As an IT specialist that is attempting to move into management, I think this is an invaluable resource. It is nice for the layman as well, since it breaks down difficult IT concepts for the protagonist to understan. Must read for IT leaders and wannabees Refreshing update on a classically relevant book. I really like how real the story feels Julie A. Costantino I really like how real the story feels. I have to read this for an MBA class but it is an interesting read and i find myself reading ahead because I can't put it down. Maybe that make me a dork but hey whatever.
