Great book about IT Management. Kevin R. This book has been on my radar for a few years to read. It just happened that a class I had, had the book as required reading. I'm done reading a few weeks early, which shows how interesting this book is.The Style of this book really reminds me of The Goal. I found The Goal more engaging, which is why I have this book at 4 stars(it really should be 4.5).As an IT specialist that is attempting to move into management, I think this is an invaluable resource. It is nice for the layman as well, since it breaks down difficult IT concepts for the protagonist to understan. I have to read this for an MBA class but it is an interesting read and i find myself reading ahead because I can't put it down. Maybe that make me a dork but hey whatever.
