Hulan This is billed as “Book One of One Dozen Daughters,” which rather implies it’s the beginning of a 12-book series, unless some of the later books include more than one of the daughters of the Duke of Swansgaarde. It seems that the Duke (who’s the ruler of the duchy, not subordinate to a king) and duchess had g. Fun read. An enjoyable read. The plot was fun, the characters entertaining and diverse. I even got teary at one point. I liked Princess Clarice and her willingness to listen to learn new things. I very much liked Dominick, who is one of those ideal swashbuckling heroes, but without the skill to do the sword fighting on his own.I had fun figur. "Mercedes manages to charm again.
