"The translation from French is also poor and should have been more professionally done" according to Garry Hornby. This kindle edition is very poorly put together. Just about all of the charts have been literally cut off at the right side of the page; that is, the right hand side of the chart are missing. For example, when the author refers to points A to D on the chart, these can be seen. However when she goes on to refer to point E onwards, the rest of the chart is simply not there. It is missing entirely.
