Ellyn said Amazing book. This book (or workbook rather) is a must have for anyone who is questioning their gender identity. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to understand their gender more completely or who is having thoughts that they could be trans. It gives you all the tools to fully delve into and explore the question of what your gender identity is. It was through Dara's website that I realized two years ago that I was non-binary. I was already out when I read this but I still was able to revisit important pieces of my childhood I overlooked before that gave me a clearer unders. Later exercises build on the earlier ones. It starts out simple and ends up with some weighty stuff. Do the exercises!.
