"Great book for beginning banjo" according to Ricky. First off, I hate the title of this book. I hate any of the "For Dummies," "For Stupidheads," "For Less than Average Intelligence," titles, (just the titles, the content might be awesome). I suppose an Ignoramus isn't that bad. I have no experience with any stringed instrument although I play the trumpet (no help here). The reviews on this book were so excellent I actually bought this book before I bought a banjo to get an idea
