I purchased this book to take advantage of a defined structure, checklists, forms, etc. The book indicates on page xxvi of the "What This Manual Will Do For You" that it includes "Ready-made, full-size forms" etc. there is not a companion disc for this book and no "full size forms, letters, etc. included.. Excellent book loaded with content and insight This is a terrific book I've purchased many of them for my team in construction. Full of practical and thought provoking ideas on how to deal with contacts, approvals, communication and all aspects of running a construction company large or small. This is geared towards a medium sized company not a sole proprietorship.. Book Review Joe Levens The 5th edition has added some additional chapters which will be very useful in the classroom. But, the 4th edition included a CD of the forms and checklists used in the book. The 5th edition does not include the CD which makes it less useful for the students.
