"Great info and tips from a pro" according to Mark R. This is a short and effective guide to landscape photography. It will not make you a pro overnight, but it will provide a solid foundation to develop your skill as a photographer. The Author covers everything from the basics of light, aperture, I SO, etc. to composition techniques. As a "Weekend" photographer my pictures always without exception appear to be lacking in composition and realism. This book has proved to be a huge help for me in getting back to the basics of photography. Some of it's content was tactics and procedures that I had learned years ago but forgotten. I think as we age, we tend to forget the small things that once enriched our lives. My thanks to the author for writing and making this book available.. Amazon Customer said This is one of the most commonsense books I have ever read about photography.. I love this book and refer to it often. The book covers equipment, basic settings, timing, light, and composition. The author is very direct and not overly verbose, and avoids hyperbola altogether. Excellent landscape photos by the author are included as well as links to downloadable bonus materials, and a couple of websites if you have questions or would like to share your own landscape photos. The result is a concise, informative, commonsense book that's easy to read and use as a reference. Well done!
