Great book! Classic Stephen King! Robert L. Adams I bought this based on the recommendations of fellow members in a Stephen King Facebook page. They definitely steered me right in this one. I didn't know what to expect with Stephen King not writing about character in the Northeast United States. I need to have worried. Great storytelling can be placed anywhere.. "This book was a bit of a disappointment for me" according to Purdue Fan. As of this review I'm only approximately 80% complete; however, I doubt the ending will change my opinion of the read. In typical King fashion it's well-written, well paced, and full of unique charactersbut the protagonist doesn't leave me particularly moved and I just don't feel the same attachment to the action/story that I have experienced in his other books.. "King goes "Old School" and produces a gem" according to GameMaker. When I was in college, back in the late 80's I was huge Stephen King fan. I read pretty much all his books that he had done up to that point. But soon after, I felt he started to go downhill fast. The sun setting into the Gulf of Mexico calls out to him, and Edgar draws. Once he meets Elizabeth Eastlake, a sick old woman with roots tangled deep in Duma Key, Edgar begins to paint, sometimes feverishly; many of his paintings have a power that cannot be controlled. NO MORE THAN A DARK PENCIL LINE ON A BLANK PAGE. A HORIZON LINE, MAYBE. You need hedgeshedges against the night." Edgar leaves for Duma Key, an eerily undeveloped splinter of the Florida coast. He wants out. The tenacity of

I know it was excruciating, but it's all pretty academic. It doesn't have to be paper or canvas, but I feel it should be white. "I'm thinking of calling it Duma Key," he offered. At the time things went wrong, my wife and I were planning to go and visit her. I will always love that little girl, in spite of all she has cost me. "Sure," I answered. Some things, I say, are better forgotten.Maybe, but that doesn’t matter, either. You have to mark the white. Continue Reading Duma Key. I was one confused American when I came around, but the worst of that passed. I can't remember the quality and pitch of that pain now. It wasn’t academic at the time. That's what Kamen says. When I say I was confused, I mean that at first I
