"Great stuff BUT not made for audio book" according to Jairo - San Francisco Bay Area. This is a recorded workshop where the presenter led a great workshop, BUT he wrote a lot on what sounds like a flip chart to which he refers often using body language, so listeners of course have no idea what he is talking about when (I'm guessing) he is pointing to words or ideas he wrote down.Other than that is powerful material, well presented, engaging, witty, funny, respectful.. inspire me or help me understand my own life better. REDWRITER I've yet to read any of his work that didn't inspire me or help me understand my own life better.. Ralph H Hannon said Read his book Shadow Dance' .. I would suggest reading his book shadow Dance as well. The book and the CDs go very well together; however, the book adds the depth needed.

The good news is that when we recognize and understand that we can work with our tendency to project our shadow onto those with whom we’re in relationship, we can release ourselves from the habit to hurt or control one another, and we can tame our retaliatory impulses. Using Buddhist-inspired mindfulness techniques and practices for cultivating loving-kindness, David Richo shows us how we can become skilled at noticing our projections onto others and we can learn to withdraw them. This audio recording of a live workshop led by David Richo was recorded at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Our “shadow” side comes to the surface in relationships more than anywhere else. The workshop was based on Richo’s book Shadow Dance. 4 CDs.. We can grow from that process, discovering the wisdom of our shadow side that is hidden even to ourselves. By befriending and embracing the shadow, we can discover the gifts we might not otherwise have dared to recognize or share
