Did Baldacci write this? I am an avid Baldacci fan and have read all the Camel Club books, except 'Bullseye'. This one is not a "page turner". At times I thought "did Baldacci really write this?"Annabella took a back seat in this novel. That's sad because she is the gutsy cool character. Caleb and Reuben also were minor characters. It was choppy, confusing and trite. I wondered several times if he actually wrote the book or had some protege write it like a lot of big-time authors seem to be doing now. I usually love his books because they are exciting and fun with lots of "insider". "Not So Cold" Book 3 of the "Camel Club" didn't let me down. The author, David Baldacci, has the great talent of being able to write 2 parallel stories in the same novel. Then he brilliantly combines them at the end.
