So I was pleased to find out about this book.The real focus of the book is on memory; specifically memory tips for remembering English grammar rules. As somebody who writes in English regularly I found it interesting to read, while it was also useful for me to consider how I could apply rules to other areas. For example, I speak Spanish, so it was interesting to reflect on the cross over.To give you an insight into the book, early on there is a grammar ‘equation’ that is referred to at various points in the book . I wish I had this book when I was in school!!! Initially I was a bit skeptical about my own memorization abilities because I routinely forget my car keys, wife's anniversary and kids' names ;-)But after reading this book - and the incredibly simple memorization process that the authors teach - I'm a believer in my new found recall abilities. The authors use a concept called "Memory Palaces" to describe the innate, mental imprinting ability that all of us possess in our minds regarding physical spaces and places. Without giving too much of the book away, those embedded mental images are associated with new information (in this book it's unwieldy English grammar rules) which links the "n.
