After finishing it and trying to think of ways that pieces might be applied, I feel like there are some details missing. I want to know how the employee's do their time tracking but I guess I'll just have to email Rich. It was nice to read, the writing is interesting and informative and I read it just a few sit-ings.Secondly, the book could have easily been called "how agile can work in your workplace" as many elements of kanban and agile are.presented here (not to say these arent great ideas!!!)
