Kiss My boots had me giddy and grinning. The true angst in this book was the past and the reasons Quinn and Tate were not together.As kids, then teens, Tate and Quinn were inseparable. Best friends. Then they were more. A lot more. Promises were made, futures were planned. And then they were nothing.. Not my favorite HS. I loved bother the Corps Security and Hope Town series from Harper. I didn't love Lost Rider and I think I figured it out in Kiss My Boots. I just don't feel the same connection with these characters. Still a good book, well written, dragged a bit for me in the beginning but I guess the biggest thing is I liked it enough to get the last one in the series, Cowboy Up to see what happens with Clay. :).. Sassy and Sultry When I started reading List Rider, I knew I HAD to know Quinn's story. This was so much better than I could have ever imagined. She's taken the spot for my favorite Harper Sloan leading lady. So much sass! So much love, growth, and happiness. As someone who found my true love at 16-years-old, this story holds a special place in my heart. Great read!
