Gary Patella said What book did everyone else read with these reviews?. This book is pretty terrible with the layout, and nothing showing how to pronounce the words. But the biggest flaw is that it does NOT cover the basics. I went to Portugal, and using this book I did know how to say "good morning", "thank you", "no thank you", and the numbers. OK. So those basics are covered. But what's the other extremely basic question that pretty much EVERY other book for any language has? Obviously, ". Dr. Taffy Wagner said Portuguese for a Beginner!!.
