If you just play the game for more than 5 minutes you learn more.. Junk A Stern Do not buy this book !! It is useless and does not offer any real game instruction.. John R. Locke said Don't buy this!. totally worthless. looks like a PDF that someone printed off their computer. No info on types of Pokemon found in the game or training / battle information.
