Some books you only read once, but this book you will re-read time and time again (ask me how I know). You can’t help but step up a few rungs on the ladder of success after reading this! Jonathan explains things clearly and backs-up every viewpoint with perfectly aligned scripture.Lastly, don’t let the book cover fool you, I highly recommend th. "as our children need more than ever God-centered love and God-inspired guidance" according to Janice Fenn. What a phenomenal gift this book is for all of us, and an especially powerful tool for the young people in our lives. I was captured immediately by Elder Banks' clearly articulated definition of success. While we so often associate "success" with achieving "things," Elder Banks explains so succinctly that success is about achieving God's assignment - something that even seasoned christians frequently overlook. This is a engaging yet instructional, practical yet inspirational bo. "Short, Sweet and to the Point!" according to Rodney P. Chambers. Although this book may have been written for teens and pre-teens, I am a full blown adult and I was hit with several reminders for myself! It offers plain English caution backed with scripture. No long lectures and no "judgy" finger-waving. It is written in a way mirrors normal discussion with short bursts of lessons and direction that makes its point quickly and clearly.
