DESCRIPTION:

"Awful for beginners!!!" according to ZMomUtah. As a piano teacher I really dislike the way this book is laid out. The progression just makes no sense, and the beginner young kids I teach (all 6 years old) just can't grasp the concepts they throw at you on the first pages. The very first page has them pla. Not for Beginners The title can be misleading. I bought it for my son, and we were excited about it. But sadly we found that this is not actually meant for beginners but who already know aleast something about piano notes or beginners who have guidance from a piano teachers. . Myrna said Great for my granddaughters who want to start to see. This reminds me so much of the books I had when I first learned to play the piano. Great for my granddaughters who want to start to see if they really like to play.

All the music lies within the grasp of the child's small hands.. The melodies are written with careful thought and are kept as simple as possible, yet they are refreshingly delightful. A series for the early beginner combining rote and note approach
