Great book! I love the more scientific approach when Great book! I love the more scientific approach when it comes to nutrition and the workouts are easy to follow with pictures available to see how to do it. The information is invaluable and doesn't try to promote fad diets or exercise trends. I am not new to working out or the gym, but since following the program for about 6 months I've definitely seen results (and so has everyone else!). The only issue I have with the book is the amount of grammatical and layout errors. This does not discount the content, but it makes me wonder if they had someone proofreading or editing . "Five Stars" according to Tricia. very helpful. This is the only guide you will need I love this book. Over the years I have purchased multiple copies to give to friends. This step by step guide needs to be read cover to back for the best results. I lost 25 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle.
