Michele J. Cardillo said This book defies a descriptive titlelet me explain. This book was written in "This book defies a descriptive titlelet me explain" according to Michele J. Cardillo. This book was written in 2005 and while I am well aware that this author is not clairvoyant you would never guess he wasn't. I strongly felt that I was reading in present day politics as well as what the USA's adversaries won't do to get to us. In the end, it was about somebody who really wanted to get our government to wake up. Although I am a woman and this might be considered a book for male readers it truly held my interest The story twists and turns and you develop many opinions of who the bad guy might be but I ha. 005 and while I am well aware that this author is not clairvoyant you would never guess he wasn't. Tamara said I feel like the writing is great but the crazy. This is a "I feel like the writing is great but the crazy" according to Tamara. This is a 2.5 star book. I feel like the writing is great but the crazy, seemingly random connections that come out later in the book are too much. I'm not a fan of how Baldacci creates characters that don't seem to be connected and then connects them later in the book. I don't see the point. The story would be great without someone being someone else's long lost sister/brother/daughter. I read Memory Man and that story was extremely convoluted. Camel Club doesn't reach Memory Man level but the conclusion is a tad much.. .5 star book. I mentioned this in one first review of one of my earlier reviews, but it bares mentioning again. David Baldacci's books are a must read. After getting hooked on his Will Robie series I decided to start from the beginning. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. The Camel Club series is living up to my expectations and I will be sure to continue reading David Baldacci's books until I've read them all.
