Jenna I got this book in hopes of really learning some more about obtaining and maintaining confidence, however it seems like the authors just did a bunch of research but always seemed to go back on what they said. Like the information they found was never good enough. I got tired of eventually hearing all their stories and wanted insight from them instead. Not worth the read in my opinion..
