Not helpful for the Six Sigma Black Belt exam Ted Sward I bought this book hoping to use it as a reference for my upcoming Six Sigma Black Belt exam. The index is ridiculously poor for a book with almost 600 pages. For example, if you look for Control Chart, it's not in the index. OK, how about Statistical Process Control? Nope. Maybe SPC you say? Nada. How on earth you write 600 pages of Six Sigma material, but don't put these terms in the index, makes no sense at all. I'm returning this one!. "Five Stars" according to Bruce Walters. great reference. Great book Great book
