Things have changed since it was published and you will have to continue doing research to find out what that might be.. "This is the book to read about 529's" according to Michellea David. After my baby was born, I knew I wanted to save for her college. I read this book and another 529 book. This book was the best. It walked me through the college savings process, explained how to get college financing, and listed all the 529 companies to go with for each state. It decu. Out of date! Jennifer Carter "Dummies" is a great series but this particular book is woefully out of date (2003). Please revise and republish!!
