This book was required for the online class I just finished; I got an A, so I must have been doing something right. The material in the book was, at times, convoluted & difficult, but that's the nature of statistics I guess. Real-world examples are presented in this book, so I could relate to the situations given. I'm not particularly inclined towards numbers in general, so I just followed the book material & worked through the problems one by one. If you actually take the time, work the problems (most even-numbered practice problems have answers in the appe. "Five Stars" according to david. great for school. at a decent price..
