It doesn't just teach you how to do different stitches, it also explains the different types of hooks and yarns that can be used and gives directions for making various small projects (potholders, baby beanie, jeans belt, etc.) Some beginners may not be familiar with crochet terminology, but this book has you covered. Good book This is simply amazing! As a beginner, I found this book very instructional. I learned how to do many types of patterns and stitches. The designs are amazing and beautiful. I can't believe being a woman is a tough job in the world and while I am struggling doing my crochet, this thing is just their hobby. I am proud of those people.
