Nothing you can't find on the internet in a couple hours research Mr Night Has some good tips, but not more than you would find in an hour of searching the internet. It's pretty repetitive, with the second half being mainly re-phrasings of the first half or reprinting of articles the book was based on.A decent read for free, otherwise no reason to buy it..
