Another great book by Martin and Michael Elaine I really enjoy how they take complex business concepts and present them in such clear and concise ways, always providing tools and methods for putting their ideas into practice. But in this amazing little book they do something different - they look at the super simple idea of business coaching and dive into it so deeply that I see nuances I would never have considered. And they seed the book with quotes by famous sports coaches that help drive home their points.
