Page 991 give the Newtonian plus the Einsteinian plus the rotational contribution of gravity plus the formulae ends with dot dot dot bracket. There is one more item that adds gravity and it took me a while to understand what it is.. Sam said Old Classic Replacement. This is a replacement for the one I've had since the '70's from the illustrator who was a friend on mine. This one is in really good condition, considering the age. I'm as happy as I can be with a replacement.. The best book on General Relativity Richard Runser No book comes close to this one in comprehensive detail about General Relativity. It includes great discussions and explanations of virtually all the ramifications of General Relativity, or opens options for more exploration. Math starts out at the Algebra level, and escalates far beyond my ability.
