Although the story takes place mainly in a mental hospital, its ramifications can be felt in all of the broader society. The struggles depicted in the various characters, both internally and inter-person. Frankly I'm amazed how Hollywood takes a book like this and makes Only half way thru the book and 'One Flew' isn't what I expected although it's written fairly well.
