Good read This is a good read but I wouldn't quite quantify it as great. It's a good synopsis of what has made Saban successful. It's quite brief and based on what Saban has said or others have said about him rather than ideas straight from him to the authors. One thing I did find annoying though was the large number of grammatical errors, beginning on page 1 where it calls his graduate assistants his. Great advice and examples from a great leader. This case study is great for ANYBODY. It is not about sports or about taking over the world; it is about ways to be the best possible You.
