Must have! Despite the somewhat rude title (don't let it stop you!), this is a well-written, well-researched book. If you are dealing with a difficult co-worker or boss, this book leaves you feeling empowered. I found the information on how to recognize those who are truly toxic most helpful, as well as the actionable advise on how to keep your sanity and protect your health and welfare. It was also important to read about how a toxic attitude is contagious and easily spreads throughout an organization if not dealt with quickly.I also enjoyed the many real-life stories from different organizations.I'd say this book is a. Great conversation starter wherever I went, the dust jacket was missing (because I bought it used here on Amazon), so it was bare, but the title is on the spine. It's small enough to fit in my purse, but when I laid it on counters, it really drew attention.
