Must have! Despite the somewhat rude title (don't let it stop you!), this is a well-written, well-researched book. If you are dealing with a difficult co-worker or boss, this book leaves you feeling empowered. I found the information on how to recognize those who are truly toxic most helpful, as well as the actionable advise on how to keep your sanity and protect your health and welfare.
